This is a 1500 year old technique that aims at releasing all congestion
in the body with a full body massage.
It is known in Hawaii as the “Dance Of Massage” because of
its long flowing style and continuous rhythm and beat accompanied
by selected music. The therapist and client will become entranced
in a spiritual state.
You will learn how to transform a loving touch into techniques
for healing. The basis for Lomi Lomi is an integration
of Mind-Body-Soul in a ritual of transformation and inspiration.

You will learn:
- Some 12 strokes for a full body massage addressing long
hardened, bulky muscles and cellulite
- Breathing techniques and meditation to conserve your
energy and build stamina
- Circular , Spiraling and forearm techniques as well
as kneading thumb techniques
- How to address the diaphragm, the seat of our
emotions
- Stretch techniques for upper and lower limbs
- The use of Aromatherapy essential oils on
ear points and the body to really
enhance your massage subtly and permanently
- Stretch and strengthening exercises for
the massage therapist
- Self care for the massage therapist
and client
Lomi Lomi is fully adaptable to a wide range of therapies including Hot
Stone Therapy
What to bring: Massage table, oils (Rosemary, Lavender
, Eucalyptus, Wintergreen, Patchouly). Bring 4 and
2 sheets and towel. Come
dressed as if for Swedish massage.
About your Instructor: Wolfgang Luckmann A.P. (Acupuncture Physician).,
L.M.T. 019842 (fl.), DiHOM. He has had over twenty years of teaching
experience and his training and credits include: Qi-Gong Massage,
Chinese Anma, Shiatsu, Tui-na, Neuromuscular Therapy, Rehabilitative
Sports Massage, Myofascial Release and Reiki mastership. He has
pioneered a new oriental Tx for ADHD/Hyperactivity. Mr. Wolfgang
Luckmann has taught neuromuscular therapy and Swedish Massage Therapy
at the Acupressure and Acupuncture Institute and the National School
of Technolgy in Miami. He is a graduate of the Florida College of
Natural Health and the Acupressure Acupuncture Institute in Miami
and has specialized in the treatment of pain syndromes and Internal
Diseases.
